Revela.care · Effective Date: September 17, 2026 · Last Updated: September 17, 2026
Revela Holdings, Inc. and Revela Care (collectively, "Revela") are committed to ensuring that our website, Revela.care, and our telehealth platform are accessible to all people, including individuals with disabilities. We believe that everyone deserves equal access to health information and telehealth services, and we work continuously to improve the accessibility of our digital experiences.
1. Our Commitment
We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, cognitive, and motor impairments. Our goal is to meet or exceed these standards across all pages and features of Revela.care.
2. Accessibility Features
We have implemented, or are working to implement, the following accessibility features on Revela.care:
Keyboard Navigation: Our website is designed to be fully navigable using a keyboard alone, without the need for a mouse.
Screen Reader Compatibility: We use semantic HTML, appropriate ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) labels, and descriptive alt text for images to ensure compatibility with screen readers such as JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver.
Color Contrast: We design our visual elements to meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratio requirements to ensure readability for users with low vision or color blindness.
Resizable Text: Text on our website can be resized up to 200% using browser settings without loss of content or functionality.
Descriptive Links: Links are labeled with descriptive text that communicates their destination or function, rather than generic labels such as "click here."
Form Accessibility: Our forms, including intake questionnaires, are designed with clear labels, error messages, and instructions that are accessible to assistive technologies.
Video Captions: Where video content is provided, we aim to include accurate captions or transcripts.
3. Known Limitations
While we are committed to full accessibility, we recognize that some content or features may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We are actively working to identify and remediate any accessibility barriers. Known limitations include:
Certain third-party embedded tools (such as payment processors and chat widgets) may have accessibility constraints outside our direct control. We work with our vendors to encourage accessibility improvements.
Some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible. We are in the process of remediating these documents and offer accessible alternatives upon request.
If you encounter any accessibility barrier on our platform, we want to hear from you.

We provide accessibility training to our design and engineering teams and work with third-party accessibility specialists to identify and address barriers.
7. Technical Specifications

Our platform has been tested with the following assistive technologies: JAWS (screen reader), NVDA (screen reader), VoiceOver (iOS/macOS), and TalkBack (Android). Testing has been conducted in the current and prior versions of major browsers including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, and Microsoft Edge.
8. Third-Party Content
Revela.care may link to or embed third-party content and services that are not under our control. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party content, but we make reasonable efforts to work with vendors that prioritize accessibility. If a third-party service creates an accessibility barrier for you, please contact us and we will work to find an alternative solution.
9. Updates to This Statement
We will review and update this Accessibility Statement periodically to reflect improvements to our platform and changes in accessibility standards. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when this Statement was most recently revised.
